Craft Fair Information
On behalf of our Aloha Dance Studio Company and Competition Team families, we would love to extend an invitation to you and your business to join us for our Holiday Craft Fair and Spaghetti Plate Lunch pick up.
All profits from tables and plate lunches will be donated to our Company Teams for their travel to competition and workshops in Oahu May 2020, and our Competition Team will also be traveling to Vegas National Dance Awards Summer 2020
On top of our spaghetti plate lunch pick up that day (11am – 1pm) we will also be holding our December Christmas Recital that will begin at 2pm. Both will have pre-sell tickets sold that will bring tons of traffic. Our last dance recital sold over 1000 tickets and for this recital we will be advertising this craft fair and spaghetti plate lunch on our tickets.
Event Date: Sunday December 15, 2019 10am – 2pm
Kauai War Memorial Convention Hall
Deadline: All forms and payments must be turned in no later than Saturday December 7th - Space is limited.
Set up - 8am
Doors open at 10am
• Vendors are to report to the Convention Hall by 8:00am for set up. Table cloths are not provided. We ask that all vendors are ready to sell by 10am and remain until 2pm. All Tables are first come first serve when you arrive for set-up
• There is a cost of $50 per vendor to participate. You will get one table and 2 chairs with this cost.
